Customer Care
Greene's Cleaners number one priority is to provide quality cleaning and service to our customers. Pickup and delivery service is the most convenient way we service our customers. In order to proved this regular service, we do require delivery customers maintain a valid credit card company on file with Greene's Cleaners. Credit cards can be updated via Customer Connect and the Greene's App. All credit cards are stored securely, encrypted on an off-site server which follows all recommended PCI compliance.
Providing special care for your garments is most important to us. We use our extensive knowledge and training in garment care to clean every item that is brought to us. We follow manufacturers care instructions on all items we clean whenever a care label is present. Sometimes care labels are incomplete or incorrect which may result in garment damage. In the event a garment in our care gets lost or damaged, we will do our best to rectify the situation. If you have any questions or concerns about how we handle an items, please contact us.

Privacy & Safety
Our customers privacy is very important to us. We request email and cell phone numbers so that we can contact you about your account with Greene's or parents in our care. A valid email is needed to access your Greene's Cleaners account via Customer Connect or the Greene's App.

We never share customer information with outside organizations. We do use email to contact you about your order status, payments, account info, and specials. At any time, you may adjust your contact preferences via Customer Connect.
