Items with special trims, delicate fabrics, and complicated cleaning methods can be tricky to clean and sometimes react in unexpected ways to water, solvents, and spotting agents. We do our best to prevent damage by testing small areas of an item, but sometimes we cannot predict how an item will react to cleaning. For items that tend to be unpredictable, we require customer release prior to cleaning.
